  1. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, moving into a long stance, low section block (L)
  2. Front kick with the right leg, then step backwards into a back stance, outer forearm block
  3. Pivot on the left, turn to the right 180 degrees into a long stance, low section block (R)
  4. Front kick with the left, then step backwards into a back stance, outer forearm block (R)
  5. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 90 degrees into a long stance, outer forearm knife hand block (R)
  6. High section turning kick with the right leg and turn 90 degrees left into ready stance
  7. Step through into a long stance (L), high section outer forearm block (L) then mid section reverse punch (R)
  8. Front kick with the right, then step forward into a long stance, mid section reverse punch (L)
  9. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees into a long stance, high section outer forearm block (R) then mid section reverse punch (L)
  10. Front kick with the left, then step forward into a long stance, mid section reverse punch (R)
  11. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 90 degrees into a controlled ready stance
  12. Move the right foot one step forward into a long stance with outer forearm knife hand block (L)
  13. Turning kick with the left with Kiai call
  14. Pivot on the left foot turn to the right 270 degrees to the right into a long stance, low section block (R)
  15. Front kick with the left, then step backwards into a back stance, outer forearm block (R)
  16. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 180 degrees into a long stance, low section block (L)
  17. Front kick with right, then step backwards into a back stance, outer forearm block (L)
  18. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the left 90 degrees, stepping backwards into a back stance, knife hand guarding block (L)
  19. Move the left foot one step backwards into a back stance, knife hand guarding block (R)
  20. Move the right foot one step backwards into a long stance, palm hand block (L)
  21. Mid Section reverse punch (R)
  22. Move the left foot one step backwards into a long stance, palm hand block (R)
  23. Mid section reverse punch (L)
