Gradings are held at regular intervals throughout the year for those students that wish to take them.

Our grading syllabus for each belt can be viewed by clicking on the grade you wish to view on the right hand side sub-menu.  The requirements for that grade will then be displayed in this section.

The syllabus is broken up into the various technique groups within the technique section.  Each group has a list of the required techniques that the student must be able to perform for the grade.

Each grade syllabus builds upon the last and the new techniques for a higher grade are marked with a + symbol at the end of the technique name.  Clicking on a technique from this section will take you through to the technique page where you can see the technique being performed.
