  1. Move the left foot forward. Back stance fighting stance (L).
  2. Move the left foot forward, long stance, mid section reverse punch (R)
  3. Spring forward off the left foot, scissor front kick (L) with Kiai call landing into a long stance, inward block (L) and double punch (R then L)
  4. Move the right foot forward, long stance, mid section punch (R)
  5. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 270 degrees (face L) long stance, low section block (L) and high section outer forearm high block (R)
  6. Pivot on the right foot, turn the body to the left, long stance, upset punch (R – slowly)
  7. Move the left foot backwards, X Stance, (R behind L), pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees (face R) long stance, low section block (R) and high section inner forearm high block (L)
  8. Pivot on the left foot, turn the body to the right, long stance, upset punch (L – slowly)
  9. Pivot on the left foot turn to the left 90 degrees, stepping backwards into back stance, knife hand guarding block (L)
  10. Move the left foot forward, long stance, mid section reverse punch (R)
  11. Front kick with the right move it back to the original place, move the left foot back one step then move right foot backwards into a cat stance, palm hand block (R)
  12. Pivot on the right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, cat stance, mid section knife hand guarding block (L)
  13. Front kick with the left then step forward, long stance, mid section reverse punch (R)
  14. Move the left foot backwards, cat stance, palm hand block (L)
  15. Pivot on the left foot turn to the right 180 degrees, cat stance, mid section knife hand guarding block (R)
  16. Front kick with the right leg, then step forward into a long stance with mid section reverse punch (L)
  17. Move the right foot backwards into a cat stance, palm hand block (R)
  18. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 90 degrees, back stance, twin forearm low section block (R)
  19. Front kick with the left leg, then jumping snap kick (R) with Kiai call, long stance, inward block (R) then mid section double punch (L then R)
  20. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 270 degrees into a back stance, outer forearm knife hand block (L)
  21. Move the left foot forward into a long stance, elbow strike (R)
  22. Back fist front strike (R), then mid section punch (L)
  23. Pivot on the left foot turn to the right 180 degrees into a back stance, outer forearm knife hand block (R)
  24. Move the right foot forward into a long stance, elbow strike (L)
  25. Back fist front strike (L) then mid section punch (R)
