- Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, back stance, knife hand guarding block (L)
- Move the right foot one step forward into a long stance, mid section pressing block (L) and spear handle strike (R)
- Pivot on the left, turn to the right 180 degrees, back stance knife hand guarding block (R)
- Move the left foot one step forward into a long stance, mid section pressing block (R) and spear hand strike (L)
- Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, long stance, high section knife hand block (L) and high section reverse inward knife hand strike (R)
- Front kick with the right leg then step forward into a long stance, mid section reverse punch (L)
- Side kick with the left leg, step through into a long stance
- Side Kick with the right then step through into a back stance with a knife hand guarding block (R)
- Pivot on the right foot turn to the left 270 degrees into a back stance, mid section outer forearm block (L)
- Front kick with the right leg, then step backwards into a back stance with a reverse inward block (R)
- Pivot on the left foot turn to the right 180 degrees back stance into a mid section outer forearm block (R)
- Front kick with the left foot, then step backwards into a back stance with a reverse inward block (L)
- Pivot on the right foot turn to the left 90 degrees into a long stance, high section knife hand block (L) and high section reverse inward knife hand strike (R)
- Front kick with the right, then step forwards into a long stance and back fist strike (R) with kiai call.
