  1. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees moving into long stance, low section block (L)
  2. Move the left foot to the right foot (left foot facing left) into ready stance, hammer fist strike (full extension) to the top of head (L)
  3. Pivot on left foot turn to the right 180 degrees moving into a long stance, low section block (R)
  4. Move the right foot to the left foot (right foot facing right) into ready stance, hammer fist strike to the top of the head (R)
  5. Move the left foot one step forward into long stance, inward block (L), then reverse inward block (R)
  6. Front kick with the right, the step forward into a long stance, back fist front strike (R) then reverse inward block (L)
  7. Front kick with the left then step forward into Long Stance, Back fist front strike (L), then reverse inward block (R)
  8. Move the right foot one step forward into a long stance, back fist strike (R) with Kiai call
  9. Pivot on the right foot, turn to left 270 degrees into a back stance, outer forearm knife hand block (L)
  10. Move the right foot one step forward into a long stance, high section elbow strike (R fist into L Palm)
  11. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees into back stance, outer forearm knife hand block (R)
  12. Move the left foot one step forward into a long stance, high section elbow strike (L fist into R Palm)
  13. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 90 degrees into a long stance, low section block (L) then reverse inward block (R)
  14. Snap kick with the right foot, then step forward into a long stance, low section block (R) then reverse inward block (L)
  15. Pivot on the right foot, turn to left 90 degrees into a long stance, high section block (L)
  16. Side kick with the right leg and punch (R) then step forwards into a long stance, mid section reverse elbow strike (L elbow into R palm)
  17. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees into a long stance, high section block (R)
  18. Side kick with the left leg and punch (L) then step forwards into a long stance, mid section reverse elbow strike (R elbow into L palm)
  19. Pivot on the right foot, turn to left 90 degrees into a long stance, low section block (L) then reverse inward block (R)
  20. Front kick with the right leg, then jump forward landing in X stance (L behind R) with back fist strike (R)
  21. Kiai call
